RegistrationEJC2023 registration fee is 450€ (VAT included) and covers: the shuttle bus (see Practical information) and the accommodation and meals for the whole stay, including coffee breaks and a social dinner. The school will propose a reduced fee of 150€ for participants from institutions that support EJC2023 (CNRS, CNRS/IN2P3, CEA). The registration fee will be refundable in case of cancellation of the participant before July 31. Travel costs are at the charge of the participants or their institutions. The registration process to EJC2023 is done in two steps:
1/ Pre-registration (from April 1st to June 16th, 2023) Please register here : pre-registration site 2/ Final registration for selected participants (from June 21 to July 15, 2022) An e-mail with the information needed for registration and payment will be sent to the selected participants. |
