La Vieille Perrotine is a unique site in the middle of the beautiful island of Oléron, but the price to pay is that access is not very straightforward!

1) Access to Oléron Island :

Free bus shuttle from EJC 

• La Rochelle train station - Oléron : Sunday Sept. 17th 16h45 (1h15)
• Bordeaux airport - Oléron : Sunday Sept. 17th 15h (2h30) - 7 PERSONS MAX.

• Oléron - La Rochelle train station : Friday Sept. 22nd 13h30
• Oléron - Bordeaux airport : Friday Sept. 22nd 13h30 - 7 PERSONS MAX.

If you are not coming by car, we strongly suggest to plan your trip so that you can benefit from the bus shuttles.

If for any reason you will not be able to adapt your trip to this bus, there are some public transportation solutions but please note that you will have to take care of them on your own. In particular there is a bus from La Rochelle (line 7) arriving at Dolus d’Oléron, very close to La Vieille Perrotine from where we could pick you up. To travel with this bus, you have to pay 2 € for your ticket. You can buy it directly from the bus driver. 

2) Bicycles:

La Vieille Perrotine will provide a free bicycle to each participant during the whole stay. The island of Oléron is a perfect for biking, with many cycle trails (check the cycle network here), we hope that the weather will let you discover the island during the leisure time!
